There is no account, no sign-up, no name, no age, and no analytics of any kind.

Nubi has no network connection. The app contains no code that can send data anywhere. Everything it knows stays on your device, and it works exactly the same on a plane.

WHAT NUBI STORES, AND WHERE

Nubi keeps a small record of your child's progress so it can pick the right questions next time. It is a single file in the app's own storage on your device. It holds which lessons have been played and how far along the plan you are, which number facts have been answered correctly and how often, and how many sessions have been played and on which days.

That is the whole list. There is no name, no age, no email address, no photograph, no location, no contacts, no device identifier and no advertising identifier. Nubi never asks for any of them, so there is nothing to leak. Deleting the app deletes the record.

NO THIRD PARTIES

Nubi contains no third-party software of any kind: no analytics library, no advertising network, no crash reporter, no social media kit. That is a deliberate design constraint rather than an omission, and it is why the statements above can be made without qualification.

PURCHASES

If you buy the full version, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Nubi never sees your payment details, your name or your Apple Account. The app only ever asks Apple a single question, whether this device is entitled to the full version, and Apple answers yes or no. Apple's own privacy policy covers that transaction.

CHILDREN

Nubi is made for children aged about four to seven. Because it collects no personal information at all, there is nothing for a parent to consent to, and no data for us to hold, sell or share. We could not identify a child who uses Nubi even if we wanted to. The grown-up area, including anything to do with buying, sits behind a gate that a young child is unlikely to pass.

YOUR RIGHTS

Rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data all apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none. If you want the record on your device erased, delete the app.

CHANGES

If Nubi ever starts collecting anything, this page will say so before that version ships, and the change will be described plainly rather than buried.
